Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) – Night Shift

Shift: Full‑time, 7:00pm‑7:00am

Licensure: Texas RN or LVN License (required)

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Arizona or Texas
• Short‑term nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Bilingual skills in English and Vietnamese preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice for a licensed vocational nurse, including administration of prescribed medications
• Document patient condition, care, and treatment in the electronic health record
• Observe patients and notify physicians of significant changes in condition
• Deliver bedside nursing care during night shift hours
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery
