Altus Hospice is hiring a Full Time Compassionate Resource Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in and around the North Houston Area. The Resource Nurse will work with the intake team and referring physicians to promote hospice care, conduct pre-assessments, and support admissions in homes or healthcare facilities.
The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Hospice/home health experience is a plus.
