Encompass Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you'll deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document accurately in electronic health records, and uphold safety, quality, and infection-control standards.
