Job Summary
The Director of Nursing Services (DON) oversees all clinical operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), ensuring high‑quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Nursing Department in alignment with state, federal, and facility standards. The DON provides strategic leadership to nursing staff, drives quality improvement initiatives, and ensures that resident care is delivered safely, efficiently, and compassionately.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN leader with a strong background in SNF operations, survey readiness, staffing management, and clinical excellence.
