We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Key responsibilities include:- assisting with care planning under RN supervision
- delivering direct patient care
- ensuring infection control
- maintaining quality documentation
- coordinating with families and healthcare teams
- monitoring compliance with payor requirements
- graduation from an accredited nursing program
- current Texas or multi-state LVN license
- valid driver's license
- with pediatric home health experience preferred
- excellent communication
- ability to work independently in varied home environments
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- problem-solving
- multitasking
- professionalism
