The ideal candidate is an experienced outpatient nurse with a strong foundation in oncology or radiation oncology, supported by a nursing degree, a Texas RN license, and required life support certifications. This individual demonstrates proficiency in Epic, expertise in IV and PAC access, and applies sound clinical judgment while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Minimum $32.69 – Midpoint $50.48 – Maximum $68.27 The typical work schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, weekend shifts, and some holidays required.

Other Requirements:
All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
