Houston Methodist is seeking a Dayshift Case Manager (RN) to assess patients, plan case management, and coordinate discharge planning on a designated unit. The CM will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care and appropriate utilization of resources.
Minimum three years of hospital nursing experience with acute care case management preferred;
Texas RN licensure required with plans for permanent TX license within 60 days if relocating.
