Transplant Coordinator RN

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

+ Provide coordination of all aspects of the transplant service in order to maintain an organized and efficient program and ensure quality patient care.

** Job Requirements*
* + Bachelor's degree in Nursing

+ Registered Nurse: TX

+ 3 year of direct nursing experience

+ Previous Acute Care/ICU, dialysis, or transplant experience

+ BLS
