Private Duty Nurse LVN​/LPN

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN/LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver personalized care for pediatric and adult patients, including medication administration, trach/vent support, wound care, and chronic condition management. You will collaborate with families and the care team, document accurately, and follow care plans and safety protocols.
