* ** Total Hourly Rate Potential:**  **$61.45/hour**  (Includes $56.36/hour base pay + $5.09/hour H&W stipend).

** Flexibility:
** If you do not require company health insurance, the $5.09/hour stipend is paid directly to you as cash wages (up to 40 hours per week).

* + Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute and specialty units.

+ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Veterans with diverse needs.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient condition.

+ Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory)

+ 1+ year of recent, independent critical care experience

+ Current BLS & ACLS certifications

+ Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

+ Ability to float between units as needed

+ Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and Veteran-centered care
