Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

$1762.56/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to emergency room patients, ensuring prompt and effective treatment while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer treatments, interventions, and medications as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Records system.
• Assist with procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, resuscitations, and ECGs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Confirmed certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and use of Meditech EMR.
• Exhibit active, personable personality suited for fast-paced ER environments.
• Ability to work 4 weekend shifts per month with no on-call required.
