Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

Golfcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a talented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! • Take and monitor patient vital signs

• Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing

• Administer medication

• Communicate changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members

• Maintain accurate patient records

• Take an active part in patient care planning

• Prepare patients for transfers or discharge

• Manage emergency medical situations

• Must have a valid LVN license in good standing

• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required

• Completion of orientation required by company policy

• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment

• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check
