Harris Health System is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient care and education in ambulatory clinic settings under direct supervision. The LVN uses the nursing process to address physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.
The LVN coordinates care among healthcare team members to optimize patient understanding of their condition and care requirements within the LVN scope of practice. Texas licensure and BLS certification are required.
