Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston seeks an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for palliative care/hospice. You will deliver comprehensive patient care, perform assessments, manage care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Graduate of a Texas-licensed NP program with ACHPN or FNP with ACHPN certification is preferred;
Texas license and BLS/ACLS/PALS required; minimum two years in nursing with hospice/palliative experience is desired.
