The
* Clinical Nurse
* within the
* Diagnostic Imaging Dept
* is responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care across the continuum, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes. The Outpatient Clinical Nurse collaborates with an inter-professional team, advocates for patients and families, and ensures efficient use of resources. The Outpatient Clinical Nurse also leads care coordination efforts, prioritizes team workflows, and supports staff development to optimize patient outcomes.

The
* ideal candidate
* has a Bachelor degree in nursing, holds an active Texas RN license with BLS or CPR certification, and brings at least 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience, along with preferred advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialty credentials.

- Coordinate and implement patient care across the continuum using evidence-based practices

- Advocate for patient and family rights while ensuring quality and safety standards

- Deliver compassionate, direct patient care consistent with professional practice models

- Utilize systematic approaches to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes

* EDUCATION

* Required:

Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.

* Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
