· Number of Staff – dependent on acuity and census
· Type of staff: o Day Shift – cnc / 4-6 nurses prefer cnc free, unit secretary, o Night Shift - cnc / 4-6 nurses prefer cnc free,
· Patient Ratios – med/surg 4/1,
· Type of equipment –

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· bls
· pals Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· acls
· List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Cleft palate repair, appy, chest tube management, lumbar punctures,
· Seizure management, noninvasive cardiology only, no neurosurgery or stroke, no removal foreign body from airway
· Currently have services for neuro, ortho, gen surg, thoracic cases such as thoracotomy/thoracoscopy, pectus bar implants. Best personality Fit:
