HKSC is seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners to join a collaborative, mission‑driven team. All experience levels are welcome training provided for those new to nephrology. Nephrology is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Primary Inpatient/Dialysis Centers:

Northwest Houston (Off Highway 249 and 290)
Include DaVita and Fresenius dialysis centers
Dialysis Centers are distributed between the Nurse Practitioners

Office:

Willowbrook – 13656 Breton Ridge St, Units A & H, Houston, TX 77070
North Cypress – 10425 Huffmeister Rd, Ste 240, Houston, TX 77065

Schedule/Practice Details:

Monday‑Friday Daytime
Rotational weekends
1 weekend per month (Sat/Sun)

What You Bring:

Master’s degree in nursing
Minimum 1 year of APP experience
Strong assessment, diagnosis, and care‑management skills
Ability to develop treatment plans and document care accurately
Commitment to improving patient outcomes and promoting wellness
