Allergy & ENT Associates is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team supporting our Baytown and Kingwood locations
.

The NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of allergy, asthma, sinus, and ENT conditions
, working collaboratively with our physicians and clinical teams.

• Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage allergy, asthma, sinus, and ENT conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and ongoing condition management
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training and competency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care

• Current Texas NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
• Board certification as an NP or PA-C
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician-led team
• Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or related experience preferred
• Allergy and/or ENT experience is highly preferred
