As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Conduct bedside rounding, code responses, and performs other tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
• Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
