Full-Time, 5 days per week, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts). On-call requirements include STEMI call 16-20 days per 6-week period and weekend on-call rotation (3 out of every 6 weekends).

• Critical Care nursing position with STEMI program involvement
• Day shift schedule with predictable hours and structured on-call rotation
• Opportunity to provide both routine and complex patient care in an acute setting
• Supportive onboarding with designated preceptor and competency validation program
• Work with a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality patient outcomes
• Full-time position with comprehensive orientation and ongoing education support

• Active RN License in Texas or Compact State
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA only) required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• One year of Critical Care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Ability to manage complex patient care needs and delegate appropriately
