Licensed Veterinary Technician – Livewell Animal Hospital of Cypress

Your Impact as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing laboratory work.
  • Guide and mentor staff to ensure efficient workflow and skill development.
  • Serve as a key contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and addressing questions.
  • Contribute to a positive culture by participating in training, offering feedback, and maintaining high facility standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
  • Current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
  • Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
  • Calm, efficient approach in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • Preferred:
    One year of veterinary industry experience.
