Clubhouse Grounds Landscaper

Description

The Clubhouse Grounds Landscaper will assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program.

They will operate all maintenance equipment and maintain safety and proficiency. They will tend to the G&G facility as needed to provide the best experience for our membership and staff.

Job Requirements & Experience

• Experience is a plus working in the type of environment in relation to Greens & Grounds.
• Willingness to work outside in inclement weather conditions.
• Candidate must be able to operate all gas powered maintenance equipment with safety first, proficiency, and awareness of member safety.
• Good history of attendance and being able to work together as a team.
• Demonstrate professional work ethic
• Must be able to follow directions and work with others to the HCC maintenance standards.
• Must be able to use various types of tools (edgers, rotary mowers, hand blowers, weed trimmers, and fly mowers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Candidate must be able to communicate to all Managers including mechanics
• Candidate must be respectful of others and be able to work the schedule posted by Managers.
• Punctual, reliable, personable, friendly, customer service oriented, self-motivated, and positive.
