Landscape Crew & Drivers

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients in North Houston. Our Drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen. These positions are full‑time, benefit eligible, and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long‑term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
• Drivers Only
  -Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
• Other responsibilities as directed

• 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!
• Bilingual--Spanish/English preferred
• Must be at least 18 yrs of age

  -Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
