Field Crew Member

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Crew Member to join our landscaping and maintenance team. This role involves working outdoors on various projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, field repair, and special event set-up. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess mechanical knowledge, and be eager to contribute to maintaining beautiful and safe outdoor spaces.

Prior experience with landscaping tools and equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in sports field maintenance, irrigation systems, and more.

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming using hand tools and power equipment
• Operate machinery such as mowers and carts safely and effectively
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes
• Use hand tools and power tools for various maintenance and installation projects
• Maintain safety standards

• Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land management equipment is a plus
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
• Experience with lawn care is advantageous
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating equipment on-site
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance
