Multi-Site Veterinarian

Neighborhood Veterinary Centers is a family-owned and operated veterinary group committed to providing high-quality care while creating supportive, rewarding careers for veterinary professionals.

We believe veterinarians should have the autonomy to practice good medicine, the support to grow, and a team that genuinely cares about doing the right thing for patients, clients, and one another.

NVC is looking for a Multi-Site Veterinarian to support our growing network of hospitals throughout the Houston community.

This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working with different teams while maintaining a strong connection to the communities we serve. The role can be tailored to your experience and interests and may include opportunities for clinical leadership, mentorship, and long-term partnership.

Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for greater variety, a doctor interested in leadership, or someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing family-owned organization, we'd love to talk.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptable, collaborative, and team-oriented
• Interested in continued professional growth and development

Leadership experience is a plus, but we're also interested in veterinarians with strong leadership potential who want to grow into a larger role.

We're family-owned, not corporate.

Our veterinarians have clinical autonomy and direct access to an accessible leadership team, including Talent, Operations, Marketing, and other shared resources.

Our culture is grounded in five values:

Accessible. Integrity. Generous. Dedicated. Collaborative. Spirited.

We believe being a good neighbor means taking care of our people, our patients, and the communities around us.

• Competitive salary and production/bonus opportunities
• Partnership/equity potential for the right candidate
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• CE allowance and paid CE days
• Paid licensure, DEA, and professional memberships
