Associate Veterinarian

Falcon Pass Animal Hospital is adding an Associate Veterinarian!

Looking for a place where great medicine, great people, and good vibes all coexist? Falcon Pass Animal Hospital is growing and ready to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to our fun, low-drama team in Houston, Texas. If you love collaboration, learning, and personalized care — and want to enjoy coming to work — we might be the people for you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Collaborate with Kimberly Sunderland (TAMU 2011), Helene Norton (Ross 2015), and Ekaterina Borovik (Tufts 2005) — strong advocates for mentorship, teaching, and mutual support.

Independently owned (yes, decisions are made quickly and with intention).

A recently renovated AAHA certified 4000 sq ft full-service hospital with 6 exam rooms, surgery, dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, and in-house diagnostics.

We practice thoughtful, personalized medicine with an emphasis on reducing patient stress — no rushing, no pressure to cut corners.

Our culture is supportive, collaborative, and refreshingly low drama. We work hard, laugh often, and genuinely enjoy being around each other.

The Opportunity

We’re adding an Associate Veterinarian because we’re growing—not because someone is leaving. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time, we’re flexible and happy to tailor a schedule that works for everyone.

New grads are very welcome. Mentorship and collaboration is a core part of how we practice and grow together. Experienced veterinarians seeking a positive, team-oriented clinic are encouraged to apply as well.

“I love working with a team that takes pride in providing the best care we can offer.”

— A.C., LVT

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

You are a licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Veterinarian in Texas.

You care deeply about high-quality, evidence-based medicine.

You enjoy collaborating, asking questions, and sharing knowledge.

You’re kind, communicative, and enjoy building real relationships with clients.

You bring a positive attitude and appreciate a workplace that values respect, humor, and teamwork.

“We work hard, but we laugh a lot, too. There’s no drama, no ego—just a group of people who genuinely want to do right by their patients, clients, and co-workers. It’s a place where you feel supported from day one.”

— A.B., Office Manager

About Falcon Pass Animal Hospital

Founded in 2016, Falcon Pass Animal Hospital serves dogs and cats throughout the Clear Lake (NASA) area of Houston, TX. As an independently owned practice, we focus on what matters most: excellent medicine, personalized care, and a healthy work-life balance for our team.

We believe veterinary medicine should be fulfilling—not exhausting—and we work hard to create an environment where veterinarians can thrive.

“Falcon Pass Animal Hospital is the kind of place where questions are encouraged, teaching happens every day, and no one is expected to know everything on their own. We practice high-quality medicine, but we also take care of each other—and that makes all the difference.”

— Ekaterina Borovik, Owner, DVM
