Memorial Hermann - - Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in selecting prescribed medications according to dosage and strength indicated on patient medication file or cart-fill list;
Deliver medications to patient care areas;
Stock and monitor drug inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies;
Prepare intravenous antimicrobials, large volume parenterals, and IV solutions as required;
Prepare sterile products in an aseptic manner and assist with quality improvement activities in the IV room
