Lilly is seeking a Senior Principal Associate – Industrial Hygienist to join the Houston startup of a greenfield GMP manufacturing site. You’ll lead site-wide industrial hygiene efforts, influence design, and establish programs that protect employees and ensure compliant operations.
Reporting to the HSE team, you will develop monitoring plans, partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, and oversee exposure monitoring, respiratory protection, and regulatory interactions across the site lifecycle.
