Care; RCMS and RCLead Auditor

Overview

This is a contract position for a Responsible Care (RCMS) and RC14001 Lead Auditor located remotely. The Lead Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with RCMS and RC14001 standards. Responsibilities include preparing and executing audit plans, assessing management systems for compliance, writing audit reports, and collaboratively working with clients to provide feedback for improvement. The role requires precision, dedication to industry standards, and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Prepare and execute audit plans for RCMS and RC14001 compliance
• Assess management systems for conformance with RCMS and RC14001 standards
• Write clear audit reports detailing findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to provide feedback for improvement and support corrective actions
• Maintain precision and adherence to industry standards in all audit activities

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to bridge collaboration and ensure professional client interaction
• Knowledge or background in Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine to apply relevant expertise
• Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and address feedback constructively
• Proficiency in auditing practices, familiarity with RCMS and RC14001 standards, and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently with initiative and maintain attention to detail
• Relevant certification to ACC RCMS and RC14001 preferred
• Experience to support becoming an RCMS/RC14001 auditor required (if not already held)
• Ability to gain Exemplar Global certification required (if not already held)
• Exemplar Global registration preferred
