Senior Training Specialist, Quality Control

Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX
The purpose of this role is to provide classroom and hands-on aseptic, and on the job technical training and coaching. The QC Senior Training Specialist coordinates and oversees the training programs and schedules for new hires and current employees as well.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do:Design, develop and execution of training program for Quality
Control.
Coordinate and oversee training programs for Quality Control.
Assess training programs for continuous improvement, error
reduction, and increased Analyst aseptic and analytical knowledge
and skill.
Provide classroom and hands-on aseptic and technical new hire
training.
Assess trainee competency, provide feedback, and coach trainees
for success.
Perform training metrics and reports.
What we are looking for:Demonstrated knowledge in wet chemistry, biological, and cell-based assays, including flow cytometry.
Should possess knowledge of how to execute methods/procedures and operate equipment.
Knowledge of basic and specialized lab equipment.
In-depth knowledge of cGMP and Part 11 compliance principles.
Able to identify breach of cGMP principles and provide suggested corrective actions, and should be able to perform tasks with strict adherence to cGMP and cGDP principles.
Knowledge of learning principles, instructional design concepts, and training methodologies.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
