Job Description

The CTC Technician is responsible for making physically registering of samples arrived into Competence centre. He is responsible for proper providing First Level Investigation testing product before any opening to confirm defect. After confirmation sample must be properly opened to show structure without damage any proof of defects to support a preparation root cause analysis in production plant.

All findings, picture, movies must in proper way implemented into HDQ system.

Position Objective

Within the above-mentioned expectations of the position, the Company assigns high importance and priority to the following objectives:

  • Following of all claims sample in regular way (with registering just after arriving)
  • Making FLI in minimum time to give a proper time for plants analysis (total target for full answer – 14 days)
  • Implementation of best quality picture into system for further analysis
Company’s objective toward the position
  • Increase a customer satisfaction by short reply time
  • Keep all samples and result of analysis in proper order (traceability)
  • Reporting all results to supervisor – KPI’s
  • Keep a laboratory and equipment in proper condition
  • Increasing in continuous way knowledge in term of product and process to not damage sample during operation.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience customers cooperation (included multinational customers)
  • Experience in laboratory work – knowledge a basic measurements and tool
  • Basic technical knowledge (knowledge form rubber/hose industry will be appreciated)
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English (additional other language will be appreciated)
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to prepare a proper reports for claims.
  • Ability to determine a root cause
  • Creativity
