What You'll DoSupport daily quality assurance activities that help maintain compliance and donor safety
Review records and processes to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
Conduct floor observations and GEMBA walks, providing real‑time feedback and guidance
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and follow‑up related to quality events
Support internal and external audits and help prepare the center for inspections
Maintain production certifications and support center operations as needed
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation
Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in a regulated or quality‑driven environment
Plasma collection or healthcare experience
Interest in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement
