This position supports the execution of the quality system with a focus on dimensional concession activities and the review, maintenance, and implementation of customer specifications.

Dimensional Concession Process
  • Manage the tracking system for dimensional concessions.
  • Create dimensional concession records.
  • Review and process dimensional concessions in the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with shop personnel to perform 5 Whys and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
  • Manage the NCR system for dimensional-related issues.
Specification Review, Maintenance, and Implementation
  • Support the full customer specification lifecycle, including revision surveillance, acquisition, documentation, and incorporation.
  • Prepare and maintain specification review documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure specification updates move through the review and incorporation process.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements – Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals across multiple disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance technician role, including:
  • Inspection using measurement instruments.
  • Understanding and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with GD&T and interpreting CMM results.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and summarize customer specifications and requirements.
Desired Experience
  • Experience managing nonconformance control processes.
  • Experience reviewing, summarizing, or maintaining customer specifications and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage controlled records and work within formal procedures and quality systems.
Special Skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from multiple disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to use computer systems, including an Oracle-based ERP system and customer portals.
