QA Supervisor

Atilar Pharma specializes in the production of high-quality compounded medications for healthcare facilities across the country. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing.

We are currently seeking a QA Supervisor to join our team. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s quality assurance program. This includes ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and providing training and guidance to staff.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality assurance program
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA and cGMP guidelines
• Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for all aspects of the production process
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues that arise
• Collaborate with other departments, including production and regulatory affairs, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality assurance
• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical science or chemistry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of FDA and cGMP guidelines
• Experience with conducting internal audits and developing quality control procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
