About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to champion product integrity and supplier excellence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in quality inspection and supplier management to ensure adherence to the highest standards. Your contributions will directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt, meticulous review, and authentication of Material Test Reports (MTRs) for all incoming raw materials and components, guaranteeing comprehensive traceability through heat, lot, and batch number management.
  • Spearhead the calibration program, ensuring precision and reliability of equipment through diligent maintenance of the equipment registry.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to define and uphold stringent technical requirements, proactively addressing any deviations through effective corrective action implementation.
  • Manage supplier performance through qualification processes, ongoing monitoring, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for third-party inspections, coordinating seamlessly with agencies to facilitate witness testing and ensure compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by meticulously logging, categorizing, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs), deviations, and concessions within the company's system.
  • Champion root cause analysis initiatives, diligently monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence and enhance product quality.
  • Uphold compliance with industry standards and internal protocols by maintaining accurate quality records, inspection logs, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications Required Skills
  • Proven experience in quality inspection.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supplier management.
  • Solid understanding of quality control principles.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in tolerance analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Experience with API standards.
