Join us as a Supplier Quality make procurement quality a true business advantage. You'll partner with suppliers to ensure excellence across our supply chain, from initial evaluation through continuous improvement, while serving as a recognized technical expert.

What will you do?
  • Qualify suppliers and conduct on-site quality and safety audits
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions
  • Lead supplier improvement initiatives and reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ)
  • Support supplier selection and risk assessment during tendering
  • Define quality checkpoints and ensure compliance during project execution
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
  • Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues
What are the key skills we are looking for?
  • Auditing — advanced level; conducting comprehensive supplier assessments to validate quality systems and processes
  • Compliance Management — advanced level; ensuring suppliers adhere to regulatory and organizational quality standards
  • Measurement System Analysis — advanced level; validating measurement accuracy and reliability across supplier operations
  • Supplier Quality Management — intermediate level; overseeing supplier performance and driving quality improvements
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving quality issues through structured root cause analysis
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, procurement, quality assurance, or supply chain
  • Experience with supplier audits, qualification, and project environments
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
