Quality Manager

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to appoint a Quality Manager to lead and develop the quality function across a growing production operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to take ownership of both Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities while working closely with operations, production, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Lead and develop the site's quality management systems and quality processes
• Drive Quality Control initiatives across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO
  9001 standards
• Support supplier quality initiatives, vendor audits, and quality improvement programs
• Develop and mentor quality, laboratory, and inspection personnel
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing performance
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Manufacturing quality experience within industrial, chemical, plastics, materials, metals, pipe, or related production environments
• Experience leading Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control teams
• Strong understanding of ISO
  9001 quality systems
• Experience conducting audits, CAPA investigations, and root cause analysis
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to work closely with production teams
• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Chemical, materials, engineering, or technical manufacturing background
• Experience with in process manufacturing or industrial production environments
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable
