The Associate, Production Management (Para‑Professional & Support Path) is primarily responsible for assisting with production activities, developing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring a safe work environment.

• Assist with production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions.
• Lead and/or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement.
• Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent.
• Follow established procedures with limited decision‑making authority, contributing to efficient business operations through accurate task completion.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience.

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday: 4:15PM CST – 2:45AM CST.

Travel Requirements: 0‑5%。
