Position Overview

CMM/Romer Arm Operator Inspector – As a Quality Assurance & Control Inspector, you will execute quality inspection activities across manufacturing and incoming materials, ensuring conformance to specifications, quality standards, and documented procedures. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support operational excellence and maintain safety, reliability, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspection and verification of incoming goods, in‑process manufacturing, and finished products.
  • Execute quality control and quality assurance activities in line with approved inspection plans and procedures.
  • Conduct product inspections, witness points, and conformity checks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Document inspection results and identify non‑conformances, supporting corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Baker Hughes HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience with CMM & Faro Arm or Romer arm.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial inspection environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines.
Work Hours

Typical work patterns include Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM CST with occasional overtime. Flexibility to work weekends as operational needs require.
