Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (OT as needed)

Lofton Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Quality Specialist to support quality assurance efforts within a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build a career in quality, compliance, and process improvement.

• Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections
• Document nonconformances and communicate findings to leadership
• Assist with audit preparation and quality processes
• Complete quality documentation, checklists, and reports
• Follow ISO 9001 standards and document control procedures
• Participate in problem-solving and process improvement discussions
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within a quality role

• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work performed in both office and warehouse settings

• No travel required
• Training provided by Quality Supervisor
• Exposure to systems such as ISO 9001 and Wrike
• Steel-toe boots in warehouse areas
• Safety glasses as required
