Your day as a Quality Assurance Supervisor revolves around ensuring flawless execution before production begins. You carefully review drawings, checking every detail for accuracy and completeness. When discrepancies arise, you collaborate with the project and design teams to resolve them efficiently. You confirm materials and bolt specifications, update drawings as needed, and prepare organized packages for the shop floor to ensure seamless workflow.
By maintaining clean, structured documentation, you help keep operations running efficiently and prevent costly delays—making you an essential part of every project’s success.
- 2–4 years of experience in a coordination or technical role within a fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material requirements
- Familiarity with equipment and facility processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional training or certifications in drafting, engineering, or manufacturing processes
