Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Validation Specialist / Calibration Technician to join our CQV and GMP-focused life sciences team in Texas. You’ll perform IQ, OQ, and PQ, validate lab systems, equipment, and utilities, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations to drive project success.
This role offers hands-on exposure to regulated work and a path to senior validation or project leadership as you grow. Regional travel is required, and GMP/GxP and documentation fundamentals are essential.
