The Quality BIM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team throughout the i2/i3 phase of the process with a specific focus on quality assurance and the efficient documentation of punch list tasks from assembly to the i4 phase.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ul liAssist in the development, execution, and completion of all BIM 360 items during the assembly through the closeout phase. liWork closely with project management staff, production, contractors and subcontractors to address and resolve BIM 360 entries in a timely manner. liCollaborate with project teams to integrate quality assurance measures and checks throughout the project as well as embed quality checks and validation adherence to design and TAS standards.
liLiaise with pertinent personnel to streamline the punch list process and quality checks. liAddress any discrepancies in project deliverables and work to find swift resolutions. liMaintain detailed and up-to-date records of all BIM 360 entries, their status, and any corrective actions taken. liAssist pertinent personnel in generating reports for stakeholders detailing the progress of BIM 360 item completion and quality assurance measures.
liAttend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on TAS best practices and punch list management. liProvide feedback on recurring issues to refine the project process in the future. liOther tasks as assigned. /ul OB

SKILLS:

ul liStrong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. liRobust analytical and problem-solving skills. liAbility to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. liProficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and documentation tools. liStrong communication and organizational skills. liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /ul DUCATION & TRAINING: ul liAssociates degree in Applied Science or equivalent education.
liHVAC Trade School and/or apprenticeship training preferred. liExperience in quality assurance, punch list coordination and problem solving. liFamiliarity with construction standards and regulations. /ul INIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ul liFor a minimum of 2 years, the following must be met: ul liExperience in quality assurance and/or punch list coordination. liFamiliarity with construction standards and regulations. liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. liProficient in BIM 360 or an equivalent software program.
/ul /ul REFERRED REQUIREMENTS: ul liHVAC Trade school and/or apprenticeship training preferred. liKnowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology. /ul HYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: ul liPrimarily onsite at TAS facilities on the manufacturing floor regularly with a lot of bending, stretching, standing, sitting, reaching, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. liSome office work is required for documentation, reporting, and meetings. liInvolves travel to different TAS facilities.
