Job Description

Olsson has an exciting opportunity to work directly with one of the world’s largest technology companies. In this role, you will oversee closeout activities from field verification through final turnover, managing redline processes, conducting as-built audits, performing QA/QC reviews of project deliverables, and coordinating with contractors, trade partners, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving accountability, identifying and resolving issues that could impact project schedules, and ensuring all closeout requirements are met.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical problem‑solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

You are passionate about:

  • Working collaboratively with others.
  • Having ownership in the work you do.
  • Using your talents to positively affect communities.

You bring to the team:

  • Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large‑scale data center projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate the collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documentation.
  • Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to review technical deliverables and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover.
