We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Quality Manager for AI server repair.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards, including ISO 9001 and other applicable quality requirements.
  • Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities supporting AI server, GPU, storage, networking, and supporting hardware repair operations.
  • Working with engineering, develop and implement procedures, work instructions, inspection criteria, and repair validation processes to ensure consistent repair quality and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive quality training programs for technicians, inspectors, engineers, and support personnel covering repair standards, workmanship requirements, ESD controls, quality tools, and internal business systems.
  • Develop and manage internal audit schedules, process audits, layered audits, product audits, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to documented procedures and customer requirements.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Facilities, and Customer Quality teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous process improvements utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Plans, Process Flow Mapping, PFMEA, 5S, and other quality methodologies.
  • Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, and Failure Analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor repair quality performance through key metrics, including first-pass yield (FPY), repair accuracy, turnaround time, customer returns, warranty failures, escape rates, defect trends, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).
  • Manage customer quality concerns, nonconforming material processes, supplier quality issues, corrective actions, and customer audits.
  • Oversee document control activities to ensure procedures, specifications, engineering changes, and quality documentation remain current and properly controlled.
  • Manage calibration programs for inspection, measurement, and test equipment used throughout repair operations.
  • Working with the supply chain team, develop supplier quality expectations and collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality and corrective action effectiveness.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and manage Quality personnel, including Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Auditors, Trainers, Inspectors, and Document Control specialists.
  • Prepare and present quality performance metrics, audit results, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to executive leadership and customers.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering change implementation, and new repair process validation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education, Training and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive quality management experience within electronics manufacturing, depot repair, OEM service, or high-technology manufacturing, including at least five (5) years of leadership experience.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) required, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other similar certifications preferred
  • IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 certifications required; J-STD-001 certification preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and experience implementing and maintaining compliant quality systems.
  • Experience supporting repair operations involving enterprise servers, AI infrastructure, GPU systems, storage platforms, networking equipment, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and electronic subassemblies strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, 8D, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Mapping, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical data analysis.
  • Experience managing customer quality requirements, supplier quality programs, warranty analysis, field failure investigations, and customer audits.
  • Knowledge of ESD controls, electronics manufacturing processes, component-level repair, reliability principles, and failure analysis techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, Visio, and Project, with experience using statistical analysis software.
