Quality Assurance Manager Salary Range: $95K-$125K+ 12% Bonus Summary Of Job:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality management and continuous improvement initiatives within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable regulatory and customer requirements, and overseeing quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory operations. The Quality Assurance Manager will monitor key quality metrics, lead audits and root cause investigations, address nonconforming materials and customer complaints, and partner closely with Operations to improve process capability and product consistency.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a technical background in chemical or manufacturing processes, and a proven ability to drive quality improvements in a manufacturing environment.
