We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at a Houston manufacturing facility. If you have 5–10 years of manufacturing quality experience, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and quality leadership experience, this is a great opportunity to drive quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction in a hands‑on environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer quality requirements
  • Manage internal, external, and customer audits
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and CAPA
  • Monitor FPY, defects, scrap, rework, customer returns, and supplier quality
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, inspection procedures, and quality documentation
  • Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
  • Manage calibration and inspection equipment
  • Support customer complaints and supplier quality issues
  • Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineers
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues
What You Bring:
  • 5–10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of quality leadership experience

    Experience with cable assemblies, wire harnesses, connectors, electronics, electromechanical assemblies, or industrial manufacturing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
  • Experience with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered
  • Preferred certifications include ASQ CMQ/OE, ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Top candidates will be hands‑on quality leaders who can work effectively in a manufacturing environment, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and drive measurable improvements in product quality and operational performance.
