2.0 Job Description and Responsibilities:
- 2.1 Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
- 2.2 Verify First Article inspections including molds.
- 2.3 Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
- 2.4 Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
- 2.5 Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
- 2.6 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
- 2.7 Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
- Detail Oriented:
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well - Team Player:
Works well as a member of a group
High School or better.
ExperienceRequired1-3 years:
Experience with premium threads in a manufacturing environment
