- 2.1 Ensure that gauge/instrument records are completed in OnBase.
- 2.2 Maintain inventory of all gauges in OnBase.
- 2.3 Ensure that all in-house and subcontracted gauges are in calibration.
- 2.4 Maintain inventory of all product line overlays and supplemental kits.
- 2.5 Maintain files associated with sending/receiving gauges and instruments from repair.
- 2.6 Maintain calibration certificates from manufacturers.
- 2.7 Update and maintain calibration records.
- 2.8 Update gauge accessory inventory (i.e. MRP shoes, contact points, extension, etc.) by ordering required components.
