Superior Completions is currently seeking a Document Control Coordinator 1 for our office in Houston, TX
.
Our
Document Control Coordinator 1will Coordinate and maintain essential quality management documentation, records, procedures, standards, and databases, helping ensure compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the Superior Completions entity.
- Maintain the Quality Records database(s) for the Superior Completions.
- Maintain various Quality Assurance Department databases.
- Maintain control and issuance of Quality Assurance Manuals, Quality Procedures, and Quality Work Instructions.
- Maintain the training and qualification records for the Quality Assurance Department, and where applicable, for other special process qualifications.
- Prepare data packages for the customer in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Quality Plan, or from instructions from the applicable Quality Management personnel.
- Maintain Quality Assurance Department records.
- Assist the Quality Director in the preparation of periodic and special reports which require the use of spreadsheet, database, and presentation graphics software.
- Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- High school diploma or GED required,
A minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a similar position, preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS- Current terminology used in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge, competency and experience in related field.
- Knowledge relating to completion services procedures and processes.
- Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
- Ethical business practices.
- Good office and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics software, and filing.
- Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, internal or external.
- Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Determining necessary resources, time and materials of a project.
- Planning and tracking project timelines.
- Have proficiency with personal computers and software such as Microsoft Office.
